Delivery & Returns


All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only. They may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, however some products are made up to order. So please allow longer for this. Please refer below for a delivery timescale. 

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock. All orders are charged at the time of the purchase, this includes any item which is back ordered.


Orders Over £75 are Free for the UK Mainland

Standard Delivery 2 - 7 Days - £4.95

Tracked 1 - 2 Days - £7.95

UK Next Working Day (Order before 1pm) - £8.95

Delivery to the Channel Islands is £8.50. Please ensure you select the Channel Islands (Guernsey or Jersey) from the country list so that the system knows to deduct VAT from your order.

International Delivery is available and is charged at £14.95.

Delivery is available for £40 to the following parts of Russia:

 Most of Europe is charged at £11.95. International deliveries to P.O. Boxes may incur further charges if your order is over 2kg.


R E T U R N S 

If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. 
 We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel. We advise all customers to keep the proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 14 days to complete. Refunds are always processed net of postage.

Please note that our SALE items have a 7 day return policy. This is to enable us to process the return item and put it back into sale online before the sale ends. We are only able to receive returns through the postal service, and do not offer a drop off service.

If in the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us by email return the item clearly stating the fault and include proof of purchase. We will endeavour to replace your item but if unable to, we may offer an alternative or a refund if the item is found to be faulty.
